Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available within the UK and internationally.

Orders are shipped using tracked delivery, so you can follow your art’s journey.

Standard delivery timeframe is 5–7 working days from dispatch.

Customs fees or import duties (for international orders) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
I want you to love your art! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned undamaged and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, commissioned artworks are non-refundable, due to their personalised nature.
Commissions
Love the idea of something made just for you? Commissioning a piece is a beautiful way to bring your vision to life.

A 50% deposit is required upfront to book your commission.

The remaining 50% is due upon completion, just before shipping.
